Banana Smoothie 

  • 2-3 level Dessert-Spoons Formula 1 (any flavour)
  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1/2 fresh banana
  • 4-6 ice cubes (optional)


Mango Smoothie 

  • 2-3 level Dessert-Spoons Vanilla Formula 1
  • One fresh Mango
  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 3-6 ice cubes (optional)






Mocha Smoothie

  • 2-3 level Dessert-Spoons Chocolate Formula 1
  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1/2 banana, add Coffee to your taste
  • 4-6 ice cubes (optional)


Sweet Sensation Smoothie

  • 2-3 level Dessert-SpoonsTropical Fruit Formula 1
  • One fresh peach
  • One fresh apricot
  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 3-6 ice cubes (optional)


Peach Smoothie

  • 2-3 level Dessert-Spoons Vanilla Formula 1
  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk
  • One fresh peach
  • 4-6 ice cubes (optional)


Full-on Tropical Smoothie

  • 2-3 level Dessert-Spoons Tropical Fruit Formula 1 
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • One medium orange (peeled and de-seeded)
  • 1/2 banana, 200ml skimmed milk
  • 4-6 ice cubes (optional)


Fruity Fizzy Smoothie 

  • 2-3 level Dessert-Spoons Berry Formula 1
  • One fresh orange (peeled & de-seeded)
  • 1/2 banana, 4 tablespoons strawberry yoghurt
  • 200ml skimmed milk


Choc-nana Smoothie 

  • 2-3 level Dessert-Spoons Chocolate Formula 1 
  • 1/2 banana, 250ml skimmed milk
  • 3 ice cubes (optional)


Watermelon Smoothie 

  • 2-3 level Dessert-Spoons Vanilla Formula 1 
  • 250ml skimmed milk
  • One cup watermelon
  • One cup cantaloupe melon
  • 4-6 ice cubes (optional)


Fruit Salad Shake 

  • Chop fresh fruit of your choice into fruit salad
  • 2 Dessert-Spoons of Formula 1  -  your favourite flavour
  • One Dessert Spoon of fruit muesli
  • 250 ml fruit or plain yogurt
  • Fold Formula 1, yogurt & muesli together. Add a little milk for smooth consistency
  • Spoon over the fresh fruit

  • 2 level Dessert-Spoons Vanilla Formula 1 
  • 3 Dessert-Spoons Personalized Protein Powder
  • One 6-ounce carton strawberry-flavored fat-free yogurt
  • One cup strawberries
  • 4 ice cubes


Muffin Shakes :  (if you prefer to  eat your shake)  

1 packet of 97% fat free muffin pack (lemon & poppy seed)

24 level dessertspoons of Formula One (2 x Formula One dessertspoons/muffin)

24 dessertspoons of water


Simply add the muffin mix to the bowl, add whatever your Formula One intake would be for 12 shakes so if you add 2 dessertspoons of Formula One then add that to muffin flour.
Now remember for every dessertspoon of Formula One you need to add equal amount of water (or milk or diet lemonade whatever the pack says your liquid is) 
Plus the recommended amount of liquid stated on your muffin recipe.

The muffins are made exactly to the packet add water.


More muffin variations are Dutch Chocolate Formula One with chocolate muffin,
banana in a muffin as well works well if you got a favourite banana recipe make it exactly the same just add the Formula one to the amount you need with exact the same amount of liquid recommended. 
Instead of water you can also use diet lemonade for added airiness and sweet tooth.

Your Muffin flavours really are infinate - just add your favourite mouthwatering fruit : apple, banana, mango, blueberries, strawberries etc, yummy - honestly how good is this, your taste bubs will be having a party !
